My family and I have been East Manatee residents for more than twenty years.  My wife, Francine, works at Mc Neal Elementary School and worked for many years at Braden River Elementary.  My daughter, Amy, attended K-8 at Braden River Elementary and Braden River Middle, high school at Cardinal Mooney in Sarasota, and recently graduated from Florida State University, where she earned degrees in Political Science and Public Relations.  She is now working for Cardinal Mooney as the Events and Alumni Coordinator.

Real estate is something of a family hallmark.  My father was a custom home builder in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is now a home inspector in Cape Coral.  My stepmom (Muzzie to us) has been in real estate for over thirty years.  My sister-in-law is an agent in Nashville and my brother-in-law owns a real estate appraisal firm here in Sarasota!

I have a B.S. from the State University of New York in Education but worked most of my time as a Human Resources executive or General Manager.  I am a member of the Sarasota Board of Realtors, the Manatee Association of Realtors MLS, Florida Association of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors.  I serve on the Board of Directors of my condominium and on the 2008 Sarasota Board of Realtors Grievance Committee.  Honesty, integrity and professionalism are extremely important to me. In fact, the highest compliment I can receive is for a past customer to refer a new customer to me for those reasons...well, those and my sense of humor!

At various times I have been an avid golfer, photographer, sailor, boater, scuba diver, fisherman and kayaker.  For me, no other place in America can match our corner of the world.  I'd appreciate the opportunity to share my enthusiasm for living here with you.
