About the Community

Located on the east side of Lakewood Ranch Boulevard between SR 70 and SR 64, Central Park is Lakewood Ranch's newest village.  In this gated community, home buyers will find six distinct neighborhoods, each with its own personality, featuring today's newest home designs delivered by award winning builders--Neal Communities and Bruce Williams Homes.
